Yarra Ranges Council is creating a new Place Plan for Warburton that will guide the future vitality of the town. In the first stage of engagement, we heard from more than 100 people. Don’t miss out on your chance to help shape the future you want to see for this well-loved regional township.

Community workshops are being held at the Warburton Arts Centre on the themes:

Hard Waste Collection

Yarra Ranges Council Hard Waste Collection. .......
If you're in Launching Place, Woori Yallock, Yarra Junction, Wesburn, Millgrove, Warburton, Big Pats Creek, East Warburton, Reefton, Powelltown or McMahons Creek, your collection is coming up!

Visit yrc.vic.gov.au/hardwaste2019 to check what you can and can’t put out for collection and to check your collection date.

Materials must be placed on the nature strip by the Sunday evening before the start of your collection week - late material won't be collected.

If at the end of your collection week, your bundled branches or hard waste has been missed, you must contact us on 1300 368 333 by 5pm the following Friday so we can organise for it to be picked up.

Ride Yarra Ranges - Warburton Mountain Bike Destination and Yarra Valley Trail

The Ride Yarra Ranges project will provide an accessible and sustainable world class trail destination that immerses you in the natural beauty of the Yarra Ranges

The project includes the Warburton Mountain Bike Destination Project and the Yarra Valley Trail Project.

Warburton Mountain Bike Destination Project

Work is currently underway to plan and build a world class mountain biking hub in and near Warburton. The proposed network would see 100+ kilometres of new mountain biking trails completed.

Yarra Valley Trail Project

The proposed Yarra Valley Trail has been described as a game changer for tourism in the Yarra Valley. The 40+ kilometre long trail would link Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and join into the Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail.
