After a journey of 3 years our wonderful Advent Care Yarra Ranges facility has now been redeveloped and will continue to have a strong presence in our community now and into the future providing much appreciated aged care services.Thank you to the Advent Care Board, Warburton and Yarra Junction Community Bank Branches, Warburton Adventists Church Community and the amazing staff of AdventCare Yarra Ranges.
