Council's 6th Solar Installation for Yarra Junction and Warburton.

The solar system Yarra Ranges Council installed at the Upper Yarra Arts Centre in August this year has generated 2,753kWh of electricity since being switched on, saving Council to date $700.
This is the 6th solar installation Council has completed through Yarra Junction and Warburton with others at:
- Yarra Junction Library
- Upper Yarra Family Centre
- Yarra Centre
- Yarraburn Centre
- Warburton Mechanics Institute Hall

Since the first system was switched on in 2017, the combined generation totals almost 100,000kWh, savings to date of $25,000 and 118 tonnes of Carbon Emissions.
