CARPARK FOR LAUNCHING PLACE PRIMARY SCHOOL - DELIVERED

Launching Place Primary School families are enjoying a new car park with construction completed a year ago.

The 26 space $160,000 car park was built by Council and funded by the Federal Government.
The carpark will not only serve the school community but other groups who use the school’s facilities after hours, such as the local netball club.
It extends the existing car park and provides a disabled parking space and new footpath connections.

Safety will be improved with the ‘drive-though’ design.
Careful planning by the Council’s engineers and environment team allowed the construction of the car park while retaining a valuable nature strip tree.
