I am extremely proud and honoured to have led (Mayor 2012- 2013) and been part of the NEW Council elected in 2012, a Council that has achieved so much, financial stability, strong capital works achievements and setting this year the lowest ever percentage (2.5%) rate rise in the history of the Yarra Ranges Council.
