Special unveiling ceremony of the new Seville War Memorial
and it's first panel - the one that is dedicated to the Yarra Valley's only
Victoria Cross recipient - Capt George Ingram VC, MM. We must all be so very
proud of our Mayor Cr Tony Stevenson and the Hon Tony Smith MP Federal Member
for Casey for speaking so wonderfully with passion of George Ingham VC MM and
the Ingram brothers. ..... Lest We Forget.
